Your privacy

This site is run by Nik Poli, based in Calgary, Alberta. We collect as little as we can, use it only for the reasons below, and never sell it.

What we collect

Mailing list. When you sign up, we collect your email address and, if you give them, your name and whether you're in Alberta (so we can tell you about local shows). Sign-ups are handled by Mailchimp. You'll get a confirmation email first, and every email after that has an unsubscribe link.

Contact form. Your name, email address and message are emailed to Nik Poli so we can reply. The email is delivered by Resend. We don't add you to the mailing list unless you sign up yourself.

Analytics. We use Google Analytics to see how many people visit, which pages they view, and where they came from. It uses cookies and collects things like your browser, device, approximate location and the links you click. It doesn't tell us who you are.

Hosting and security. The site runs on Cloudflare, which processes your IP address to deliver pages and block abuse, such as limiting how often a form can be sent.

Where it's stored

Mailchimp, Resend, Google and Cloudflare may store and process information outside Canada, including in the United States, where it may be subject to local laws.

Your choices

You can unsubscribe from the mailing list at any time using the link in any email. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, or opt out of Google Analytics with Google's opt-out add-on.
